Outpatient & Family Transportation Program
We are pleased to announce our Outpatient & Family Transportation Program between Bartley and local areas such as:
- Covered Bridge
- Marlboro
- Surrey Downs
- The Villages
- Westlake Mews
- Leisure Village
- And Others!
* Transportation based on need and availability. Outpatient individuals are always free. Families are free for the first week, then $1 per mile each way.
