Working Together to Restore Health

A cooperative effort between nursing and therapy, restorative programs provide continuity of care to residents who have been discharged from skilled therapy, helping them maintain their highest level of functioning. Restorative dining allows residents who require help with feeding to dine in the main dining room.

With special attention to maintaining high functioning status, Bartley Healthcare has implemented many unique programs that assist residents in being as independent as possible.
The activities staff offers residents a diversity of programs that focus on individual needs and interests. Activities are designed with recreational and therapeutic emphasis to maintain physical, cognitive, social, creative, spiritual and intellectual abilities. Residents can help choose and plan activities and programs. Our wheelchair-accessible vans enable residents to take frequent trips outside the campus.
