Progress continues when the inpatient rehabilitation process ends. Our outpatient rehabilitation services offer continuity of care to those individuals who require skilled therapy after discharge. The outpatient therapy program at Bartley Healthcare offers flexible hours 7 days a week, with services provided by a complete physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy staff. Our physiatrist supervises the outpatient program and is available to answer any questions you may have about treatment.

We monitor the patient's treatment plan and work with insurance companies to ensure that patients receive a quality, positive treatment outcome. Our goal is to restore the patient to the highest level of independent functioning with an individualized program geared to specific needs.

Physical therapy assists individuals to attain confidence, regain strength and mobility, and promote recovery utilizing a variety of strengthening and exercise modalities. Occupational therapy assists patients to reach their maximum level of independence in performing daily activities, including self-care and leisure activities. Speech and language therapy assists patients in improving their speech, swallowing and memory skills.
