Step by Step - Aiding in Your Journey to Recovery

The Orchards at Bartley is able to provide the services you require to prepare you for the next step in your journey.

Program Criteria:
Must have one of the following needs.

Assistance with transferring - may require hands-on assistance with getting from the bed to the wheel-chair to a dining chair, etc...
Assistance with medication - may require reminders or preparation
Assistance with meal preparation - all meals are provided
Assistance with bathing/dressing - may require assistance in the shower or assistance with dressing and undressing

Services Offered:
Services included in your daily rate.

Fully furnished room (bed, dresser, night stand, recliner, linens, towels)
24 hour on-sight supervision by highly trained staff
Medication Management
Assistance with bathing and dressing
Three chef prepared meals served in our formal dining room
Nursing supervision
Daily Activities
Laundry (done weekly)
Housekeeping services
Dietician services
Transportation to medical appointments
Transportation to out patient therapy
24 hour call bell emergency system
24 hour nursing available*
On Campus Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy*

The Admission Process:

Your Physician or Social Worker can contact the Orchards to make a referral
Our nursing staff will visit with you to discuss your needs
We will develop your individualized program and plan of care
You're on your way to recovery.

Length of Stay:

Your length of stay can be a little as two weeks or as long as two months. Our program is designed to meet your needs for as long as your need the extra helping hands.

Rates:

Daily rates are based upon your individual needs. We will review all program criteria and costs with you during our initial meeting.

*Additional charges may apply. Medicare and other insurance may cover some or all of your additional needs.
