Bartley at Home can provide the assistance you need in the familiar surroundings of your home. Bartley Healthcare is taking its 20 years of experience in senior healthcare and bringing it to your front door. Bartley at Home provides highly-trained, experienced professionals offering a wide range of senior services that will help you live your life to the fullest while remaining independent in your home.

As an added benefit, Bartley at Home clients will receive Priority Access should they ever require any additional services available through Bartley's continuum of senior healthcare.

Meals

If you want to make sure that you are eating nutritious meals, our meal plan may be the answer. We can custom design a plan that is right for your needs. Whether you need a full meal plan, or a plan to complement your schedule, Bartley at Home can help. Our food service staff is expert at preparing healthy and delicious meals for seniors.

Transportation

Sometimes all you need is the opportunity to get out and about. Our transportation program, serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties, provides you independence along with convenience.

Outpatient Therapy and Rehab

If you receive outpatient therapy, take advantage of our state-of-the-art rehab gym and experienced therapists. Transportation to and from therapy can also be arranged.

Benefits and Resource Counseling

Our resource counselors can assist you or direct you to appropriate professionals when extraordinary needs arise.

Home Care Referral

If you are in need of home health care and just don't know where to turn, we can provide qualified referrals to professional services that meet our high standards.

Social Programs

Shopping excursions, special entertainment, fitness programs and other social events keep people youthful by providing peer interaction and pure fun. Various opportunities exist at the Bartley Campus, as well as scheduled outings to various other destinations.

Salon Services

Spend a relaxing day at The Orchards Beauty Salon, having your hair and nails done. We'll provide transportation.

Physician Consultation

Doctor visits can be conveniently scheduled for you at the Bartley Campus. We'll help you schedule your appointment and provide transportation. You can even combine your visit with lunch in our dining room or a salon appointment.

Our care goes beyond medical treatment so that we may satisfy the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs of our residents. Through an effective team approach and constant attentiveness, we ensure that each resident's stay is as comfortable and successful as possible.
