Bartley Healthcare is pleased to announce their new family visit transportation program.

A free transportation program to and from Bartley from locations such as:

	Covered Bridge
	Marlboro Greens
	Surrey Downs
	The Villages
	Westlake Mews
	Leisure Village
	And Other Local Areas

Don't let the need for transportation be an obstacle to quality care! Leave The Driving To Us!

Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance between
9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday

Transportation is available from 10:00am (first pick up) to 3:00pm (last bus leaving Bartley), Monday – Friday
(weekends may be available by special appointment)

Lunch can be provided for a nominal fee of $2.50. Please make the transportation specialist aware if you’ll be dining with us.
