Bartley Healthcare’s cardiac recovery services can help you or a loved one transition back to a comfortable lifestyle at home as quickly and safely as possible. Healing after cardiac trauma or surgery requires both physical and emotional care. Talk to your physician prior to the procedure to discuss your recovery options. He or she can help determine if you are a candidate for inpatient or short-term rehab
at Bartley Healthcare. Choosing early will help to ensure you’re familiar with our staff, environment and opportunities for healing beyond prescribed physical treatments.
Bartley Healthcare offers care services for patients who need to receive nutrition via enteral feeding, liquid nourishment (and medication, when needed). Enteral feeding is sometimes required after suffering a stroke
or required when a patient has a functioning gastrointestinal (GI) tract but cannot get enough nutrients by mouth and becomes at risk for malnutrition. Bartley Healthcare offers a broad range of skilled nursing services
, with many specialized care programs, including nutritional services, to care for those who need enteral feeding.
Bartley Healthcare provides Intravenous therapy (IV Therapy) when a patient needs to replace lost fluids due to dehydration or receive medication. IV Therapy is also used to treat sudden drop in blood pressure and for diagnoses like CHF and IV Lasix. Traditionally, IV therapy was only available in a hospital setting, but that’s no longer the case as hospitals continue to shorten patient stays. IV Therapy may be administered on a regular or intermittent basis, depending on the patient’s needs. Either way, Bartley Healthcare provides a path from the hospital to home for IV Therapy patients.
