Bartley Healthcare, a 230 bed comprehensive healthcare facility located in suburban Jackson, New Jersey, provides the finest long term, subacute, outpatient rehabilitation, hospice, and respite care. Situated on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with lovely enclosed courtyards, Bartley Healthcare offers exceptional care in a warm, home-like environment.

Our care goes beyond medical treatment so that we may satisfy the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs of our residents. Through an effective team approach and constant attentiveness, we ensure that each resident's stay is as comfortable and successful as possible.

Clinical Excellence

Through an integrated team approach, Bartley Healthcare is committed to excellent clinical care on all levels. The on-site medical director works closely with an array of specialists, including physiatrists and geriatricians, to provide optimum and thorough medical treatment. An experienced nursing department, including geriatric nurse practitioners, supports the medical team. Bartley's licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists provide rehabilitative programs to complement the medical treatment and foster confidence and independence.

Our social workers are sensitive to the needs of residents and their families, providing guidance, counseling and support. Working closely with certified case managers, Bartley's social workers provide on-going individualized care for all residents.

A Warm Environment

Bartley Healthcare's facility features beautifully decorated private and semi-private rooms for residents, many overlooking landscaped courtyards in our single story building. Our dining rooms offer a cheerful atmosphere with restaurant-style service. All meals are supervised by a registered dietitian who ensures that each resident maintains optimal nutritional status and a diet tailored to their individual preferences and needs.

The daily lives of residents are enhanced by providing a range of recreational and therapeutic programs as diverse as the interests of the residents. Our certified activities staff work with residents in groups and on a one-to-one basis offering a variety of programs, including a unique sensory stimulation program. Residents can also enjoy visiting with family or participating in activities in recreation areas and comfortable home-like living rooms located throughout the facility.
